pepe's chicharrones hard shell tortillas

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups Pepe's Chicharrones

• 1 cup Mexican cheese, shredded

• 1 Egg

• 2 Egg whites

• 2 Tbsp. Water

• 1 Tbsp. Taco seasoning

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 °F.

2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

3. On a baking tray, add parchment paper and press dough into circles.

4. Bake for 20 minutes.

5. When cool enough to handle, but still hot, drape over a wooden spoon to create the taco shell shape.

6. Return to turned off oven until firm.
