chicharrones pancakes

Tortillas

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Pepe's Chicharrones, crushed

  • 2 Tbsp. Cornmeal

  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup Cream

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

  • Oil for frying

  • Pancake syrup



Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet to medium.

  2. Combine crushed pork rinds, cornmeal, cinnamon, and cream.

  3. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.

  4. Add pancake mix to skillet and press flat.

  5. Cook for 2 minute on each side until golden.

  6. Serve hot with syrup.
