air fried taquitos
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Pepe's Chicharrones, finely crushed
• 2 large Eggs
• 3 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 10 Corn tortillas (6 inches), warmed
• Cooking spray
• Salsa
• Guacamole
• Sour cream
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 350°. In a large bowl, combine eggs, pork rinds and taco seasoning. Add beef and mix thoroughly.
Spoon 1/4 cup beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick. Arrange taquitos in a single layer on greased tray in air fryer basket; spritz the top of the taquitos with cooking spray.
Cook 8 minutes, turn at 4 minutes. Cook meat thoroughly. Discard toothpicks before serving. Top with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
