air fried mexican potatoes
Ingredients:
2 tsp. Chicharonnes, crushed
1 lb. Potatoes, quartered
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Lime, juiced
Salt, to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients together until the spices are evenly distributed over the potatoes.
Dump the potato mixture into an air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 400 °F, or until the potatoes are crispy and fully cooked.
